Job summary

Cronos Europa in Warsaw is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to strengthen its Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration team. You will administer SharePoint on-prem and Online, manage IIS, support incidents, and contribute to modern SharePoint and M365 solutions.

The role focuses on performance, security, patches, and lifecycle management, with hybrid architectures and close collaboration with developers and infra teams to align configurations with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Several years of experience administering SharePoint environments in enterprise organizations.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint farms (on-premises) and SharePoint Online environments.
• Manage SharePoint servers and IIS-based infrastructures.
• Provide 2nd line support and handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues affecting SharePoint platforms and related Microsoft services.
• Plan, optimize, monitor, and tune SharePoint farm performance and capacity.
• Implement SharePoint patches, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Deploy and maintain SPFx (.sppkg) packages in the SharePoint App Catalog
• Design and support hybrid architectures integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services.
• Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to align platform configurations with project requirements.
• Contribute to technical specifications, architecture reviews, and platform improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and produce activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL-based change, release, and configuration management processes.
