Sii Poland is seeking a senior SharePoint Online and .NET specialist to join a major banking project in Poland. You will analyze user needs, design solutions, and integrate with internal systems in a Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities include developing concepts, preparing specifications, collaborating with stakeholders and UX, and implementing components in .NET. On-site in Poland with a diverse team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 projects.
• Minimum 3 years in business requirements analysis and IT solution design.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, REST API, and MS Graph.
• Experience in preparing analytical and technical documentation.
• Ability to model business processes and define functional/non-functional requirements.
• Proficient in English (B2) and Polish; located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and identify requirements for the Knowledge Base.
• Develop concepts and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team.
• Prepare and present technical solution concepts to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Design integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems.
• Implement selected components of the solution in .NET technology.
• Support testing, deployments, and business acceptance.
