Job summary

Sii Poland is recruiting for a Microsoft 365/SharePoint expert to join a major bank project in Poland. You will shape the Knowledge Base solution, analyze needs, and design integrations across SharePoint Online and internal systems.

The role blends analytical, consulting, and technical work in a Microsoft Cloud environment, with opportunities to implement components in .NET and participate in testing, deployments, and business acceptance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 projects.
• 3+ years in business requirements analysis and IT design.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience preparing analytical and technical documentation.
• Ability to model business processes and define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Git and CI/CD knowledge.
• English (min. B2) and Polish; must be located in Poland.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will join a project implemented for one of the largest banks in Poland. The goal of the project is to develop and maintain a modern Knowledge Base based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, supporting the work of business users. You will participate in needs analysis, solution architecture design, and integration with internal systems. The most interesting aspect of the project is the opportunity to combine analytical, consulting, and technical skills in a Microsoft Cloud environment.

Your tasks

• Analyzing user needs and identifying requirements for the Knowledge Base
• Developing concepts and functional specifications
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team
• Preparing and presenting technical solution concepts to business stakeholders and project teams
• Designing integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and IT solution design
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience in preparing analytical and technical documentation
• Ability to model business processes and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD processesCommunicative knowledge of English (min. B2) and very good knowledge of Polish, with a requirement to be located in Poland
