Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a skilled professional to join a project for one of the largest banks in Poland. You will build and maintain a Knowledge Base on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, analyzing needs, designing solutions, and integrating with internal systems.

The role combines analytical, consulting, and technical work in a Microsoft Cloud environment, with opportunities to present concepts to business stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in projects based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• 3+ years in business requirements analysis and IT solution design.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and identify requirements for the Knowledge Base.
• Develop concepts and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team.
• Present technical solution concepts to stakeholders and project teams.

Job description

You will join a project implemented for one of the largest banks in Poland. The goal of the project is to develop and maintain a modern Knowledge Base based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, supporting the work of business users. You will participate in needs analysis, solution architecture design, and integration with internal systems. The most interesting aspect of the project is the opportunity to combine analytical, consulting, and technical skills in a Microsoft Cloud environment.

Your tasks

• Analyzing user needs and identifying requirements for the Knowledge Base
• Developing concepts and functional specifications
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team
• Preparing and presenting technical solution concepts to business stakeholders and project teams
• Designing integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems
• Implementing selected components of the solution in .NET technology
• Supporting testing, deployments, and business acceptance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and IT solution design
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience in preparing analytical and technical documentation
• Ability to model business processes and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD processesCommunicative knowledge of English (min. B2) and very good knowledge of Polish, with a requirement to be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience in integrating corporate systems
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft cloud services
