Job summary

Sii Poland is recruiting for a role on a project for one of the largest banks in Poland. You will help build and maintain a modern Knowledge Base on SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment, merging analytical, consulting, and technical work.

The position involves needs analysis, solution architecture design, and integration with internal systems, with hands-on work in .NET technologies and collaboration with stakeholders, UX, and the dev team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and IT solution design
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SharePoint Online, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience in preparing analytical and technical documentation
• Ability to model business processes and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD processes, fluent English (B2) and very good Polish, with a requirement to be located in Poland

Responsibilities

• Analyzing user needs and identifying requirements for the Knowledge Base
• Developing concepts and functional specifications
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team
• Preparing and presenting technical solution concepts to business stakeholders and project teams
• Designing integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems
• Implementing selected components of the solution in .NET technology
• Supporting testing, deployments, and business acceptance
