Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead architecture and delivery of HRSD solutions for international clients. You will design HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to drive integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and mentor project teams through the lifecycle.

Competenze

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including HRSD.
• Hands-on with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Agent Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of HRSM processes and ITSM basics.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Data privacy awareness in HR processes.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.
• Architect enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.

THE WORK

• Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

Flexible:

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. Here’s What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  
• Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace.
  
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and common employee-facing service management processes.
  
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
  
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.
  
• Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.
  
• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
