Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and evolve high-performance streaming data platforms for international clients. You will lead full-stack delivery with React, Node.js and TypeScript while applying cutting-edge engineering practices and AI-assisted methods.

The role involves collaboration with multiple technology teams, mentoring peers, and driving SDLC excellence across projects, with a flexible mix of remote and on-site work in a large enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript and Cypress.
• Proven experience delivering high-performance, high-throughput, real-time streaming and time-series data platforms.
• Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted software development approaches in engineering delivery.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and modern software development practices, including SDLC.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
