Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Warsaw seeks a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead SecOps and GRC initiatives, with emphasis on Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. The role covers end-to-end delivery, architecture decisions, and tight integration with security tools.

You will collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams, driving upgrade-safe configurations and scalable platform design while ensuring documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ITIL basics and good understanding of governance concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SecOps, focusing on VR and SIR.
• Own end-to-end delivery for SecOps workflows including intake, correlation, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• Design and support GRC capabilities (Policy & Compliance, Risk Assessment, TPRM, BIA, BCM) with traceability across risks, controls and issues.

Job description

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for ServiceNow Senior Developer - SecOps & GRC a to work full-time in CET working hours.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SecOps, with primary focus on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Own end to end solution delivery for SecOps workflows, including intake, correlation, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• Design and support GRC capabilities such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Assessment, TPRM, BIA, and BCM, ensuring traceability across risks, controls, and issues.
• Act as an independent solution designer, driving architecture decisions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and scalable platform design.
• Review business and security requirements to ensure a configuration first approach, challenging unnecessary customization and minimizing technical debt.
• Implement integrations with security tools (e.g., tenable, etc ) and leverage Flow Designer, Playbooks, and IntegrationHub for automation.
• Develop high quality, upgrade safe solutions using scripting only where required, adhering to ServiceNow development standards.
• Ensure effective use of CMDB and CSDM alignment to enable accurate risk and vulnerability prioritization.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to translate domain requirements into platform solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, support platform governance, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant, performant, and audit ready.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and document requirements (user stories).
• Maintain and update technical documentations for the implemented features/improvements.
• Contribute to building standardized processes and reusable solutions.
• Support testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven solution architecture ownership for ServiceNow SecOps & GRC, designing end to end workflows using a configuration first, upgrade safe approach aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
• Deep integration and automation expertise, including vulnerability scanners, SIEM tools, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and scripting only where strictly necessary.
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including documentation skill as well.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Responsible, self-motivated, and result oriented, with the ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes.
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt rapidly to new domains, tools, and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working directly with end customers.
