Job summary

TheAgileWorks UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month contract, primarily remote from Poland (Kraków/Wrocław). You will develop on the ServiceNow platform, deliver UI pages, rules, workflows, and client scripts, and provide L3 support to a banking client.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ServiceNow, CSM experience, Scrum familiarity, and hands-on skills with GitHub, GitLab, and Jira.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with CSM.
• Familiar with Scrum methodology and mentoring junior members.
• Good working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA and GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Creating Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts
• ServiceNow Version Upgrades
• Suggesting appropriate solutions for any ad-hoc requirements
• Performance analytics and custom reporting
• Handling client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
• ServiceNow Technical Hands-on experience
