Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong CSM expertise to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation for a global pharmaceutical client.

You will define the solution architecture, design scalable, maintainable integrations, and collaborate with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Developers and international stakeholders to support multi-country rollouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Customer Service Management.
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, System Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and solution design best practices.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance principles.
• Experience with architectural governance and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the solution architecture for ServiceNow CSM implementations.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define integration approaches between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support multi-country rollouts and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance practices.
• Produce and maintain architectural and technical documentation.
