Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong Customer Service Management expertise to lead the design and governance of a global ServiceNow CSM implementation for a major pharmaceutical client. You will define the solution architecture and drive integration strategies across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders across countries, ensure governance standards, produce architecture documentation, and support multi-country

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Customer Service Management
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, System Architecture, and Integration Architecture
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Knowledge of business process modelling and solution design best practices
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance principles
• Experience with architectural governance and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams
• Nice to have: CTA or CMA certifications

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the solution architecture for ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Define integration approaches between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support multi-country rollouts and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance practices
• Produce and maintain architectural and technical documentation
