EPAM Systems seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow Practice into a new era of innovation. You will design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions at scale, guiding engineers and aligning with AI and cloud initiatives.

This role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Hybrid/remote options within Poland are available, with opportunities for international collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+).
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

You’ll be a key driver in EPAM’s end-to-end digital transformation capabilities, working at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI to deliver unified, scalable enterprise solutions that create real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower our clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and our clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Architect and design products and solutions using the ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events). Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements
