EPAM Systems in Kraków seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow Practice into a new era of innovation. You will drive end-to-end digital transformation across cloud, data and AI, delivering unified, scalable enterprise solutions with real business impact.

You will guide engineers, design enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures, and set governance and security standards while collaborating with clients and partners to translate needs into powerful solutions. Hybrid by design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower our clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and our clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Architect and design products and solutions using the ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events). Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements

• Passionate Architect: You bring deep ServiceNow expertise (12+ years) and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions

• Certified Professional: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) are highly desirable
