Job summary

Euroclear Krakow engineering hub seeks a Senior Engineering Development Expert to drive complex integration initiatives, focusing on security, authentication, identity management, and cloud-native engineering.

The role supports and evolves Microsoft Service Fabric on-premises platforms toward Azure AKS, App Service, OpenShift, and provides hands-on expertise while coaching engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in security, identity, application integration, or platform engineering.
• Proven mentoring and leadership experience.
• Experience operating in large-scale regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise authentication and authorization solutions.
• Guide teams on OAuth 2.0/OpenID/SAML integrations and token migrations.
• Manage on-prem Service Fabric clusters and hybrid cloud hosting evolution.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture reviews.
• Define operational excellence and resilience standards.
