Job summary

Euroclear Krakow is seeking a Senior Engineering Development Expert to lead complex technical integration initiatives and strengthen expertise in application security, authentication, identity management, and cloud-native engineering.

You will work on on-prem Service Fabric environments and modern cloud/container hosting with Azure AKS, OpenShift, and related tech, while coaching engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in security, identity, application integration, or platform engineering.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
• Experience operating in large-scale regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and support Microsoft Service Fabric clusters hosted in an on-premises environment.
• Support Service Fabric cluster lifecycle activities, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity management, resiliency, and operational maintenance.
• Support the deployment and lifecycle management of applications hosted on Service Fabric.
• Investigate and resolve complex Service Fabric platform and application incidents.
• Analyse cluster health, application health, performance, availability, and resource consumption.
• Support Service Fabric security, certificate management, access controls, and communication between cluster components.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for Service Fabric administration and operational activities.
• Provide technical guidance to application teams on Service Fabric deployment, diagnostics, reliability, and operational best practices.
• Act as a senior escalation point for issues affecting Service Fabric clusters and the applications hosted on them.
