Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager – End User Services to oversee and continually improve End User Services across the organization in a fast-changing environment.

You will manage outsourced providers, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and drive service quality and lifecycle processes. The role requires strong vendor management, governance, escalation, and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT experience in End User Computing or Digital Workplace.
• At least 2–3 years in service delivery, service ownership, or a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party providers.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee End User Services delivery across the organization.
• Manage outsourced providers to meet SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Act as main escalation and coordination point for End User Services.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, releases, and service lifecycle activities.
