Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Architect – Semantics & Engineering to design and deliver ontologies, semantic layers, knowledge graphs and data models that help scientists, analysts, and AI agents discover, connect, and use data.

You will work at the intersection of data architecture, knowledge engineering, and software engineering, collaborating with domain experts, data scientists, engineers and product teams to set standards and enable AI-ready data.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture, modelling, or knowledge engineering.
• Expertise with RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL.
• Hands-on with ontologies, taxonomies, and graph databases.
• Experience with triple stores or labelled-property graphs.
• Strong REST and GraphQL API design skills.
• Solid software, data, or cloud engineering background.
• Familiarity with FAIR Data, Linked Data, and Data Mesh.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, semantic layers, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
• Develop data APIs and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Enable AI-ready data, GraphRAG, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Drive data and knowledge architecture standards across teams.
• Apply FAIR Data, Linked Data, and Data Mesh principles.
• Contribute to engineering practices, code reviews, and technology strategy.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.
