Job summary

Roche is seeking an IT Semantic Engineer to lead the semantic hub that powers AI-enabled workflows. You will design and maintain enterprise knowledge graphs, expose data via APIs, and ensure high-quality AI grounding and reliable data access.

The role focuses on building scalable pipelines, deploying in Kubernetes with GitOps, and driving data standards across the organization to reduce AI hallucinations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering projects and knowledge graphs.
• Experience deploying infrastructure in Kubernetes using GitOps automation.
• Experience with validated platforms (GxP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and graph architectures.
• Develop ontologies and unified data endpoints for enterprise contexts.
• Collaborate with data owners and AI teams to translate business needs into schemas.
