Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Architect – Semantics & Engineering to design and deliver ontologies, semantic layers, knowledge graphs and data models that help scientists, analysts, and AI agents discover, connect, and use data.

You will work at the intersection of data architecture, knowledge engineering, and software engineering, collaborating with domain experts, data scientists, engineers and product teams to set standards and enable AI-ready data.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture, modelling, or knowledge engineering.
• Expertise with RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL.
• Hands-on with ontologies, taxonomies, and graph databases.
• Experience with triple stores or labelled-property graphs.
• Strong REST and GraphQL API design skills.
• Solid software, data, or cloud engineering background.
• Familiarity with FAIR Data, Linked Data, and Data Mesh.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Architect, you will design and deliver ontologies, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and data models that make data easier for scientists, analysts, and AI agents to discover, connect, and use.

You’ll work at the intersection of data architecture, knowledge engineering, and software engineering, collaborating with domain experts, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in data architecture, data modelling, or knowledge engineering
• Advanced knowledge of RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL
• Hands-on experience with ontologies, taxonomies, and graph databases
• Experience with triple stores and/or labelled-property graph technologies
• Strong REST and/or GraphQL API design skills
• Solid software, data, or cloud engineering background
• Programming experience and familiarity with Git
• Practical knowledge of FAIR Data, Linked Data, and Data Mesh
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Elasticsearch, Collibra, MCP, GraphRAG, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, or healthcare/pharmaceutical data standards.
