EPAM Systems is seeking a hands-on Data Architect to design an AI-native investment platform. You will craft blueprints from data models to AI infrastructure, building a Neo4j-powered knowledge graph and scalable data factory for automated investment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Graph technologies including Graph Data Science, Graph RAG and Cypher.
• Proven Snowflake and Airflow expertise in data pipelines and orchestration.
• Financial data domain knowledge and experience with market data sources.
• Track record of AI-driven or AI-assisted architecture design.
• Strong leadership in data architecture and data factory development.
• Ability to mentor teams on Cypher, graph traversals and RAG methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Neo4j-powered Knowledge Graph as the central intelligence layer.
• Incorporate GraphRAG to convert unstructured research into queryable entities with attribution.
• Architect adaptive schema evolution with AI-driven feedback loops.
• Develop a multi-dimensional asset ontology for cross-domain financial analysis.
• Design AI agents and reasoning frameworks; ensure traceability across data pipelines.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data, create metadata catalogs and governance.
• Implement RBAC and multi-tenant security; ensure data quality and lineage.
• Oversee real-time data ingestion pipelines for market and operations data.
