Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Security Lead to identify and assess security risks across the supply chain and to lead investigations into theft, fraud, and related incidents. You will collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement, monitor security systems, and deliver trainings to raise awareness and ensure compliance.

With 3+ years in security and relevant certifications, you will influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains.
• Certifications: TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Familiarity with security systems and incident response tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess security risks across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement preventive strategies to mitigate loss.
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and related incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement as needed.
• Monitor and enhance security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Create and deliver security awareness training.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR.
