Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Security Lead to identify and assess security risks across the supply chain and to lead investigations into theft, fraud, and related incidents. You will collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement, monitor security systems, and deliver trainings to raise awareness and ensure compliance.

With 3+ years in security and relevant certifications, you will influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains.
• Certifications: TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Familiarity with security systems and incident response tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Description

• Identifying and assessing security risks across the supply chain
• Developing and implementing preventive strategies to mitigate loss and operational disruptions
• Leading investigations into theft, fraud, and other security‑related incidents
• Collaborating with internal teams and law enforcement agencies as needed
• Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
• Creating and delivering training sessions to increase security awareness and ensure compliance with internal security standards
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR and other relevant certification schemes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains
• Relevant certifications (TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable)
• Fluent English and Polish skills
• Familiarity with security systems, incident response tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
