Job description

The Senior Scrum Master will lead Agile adoption and SAFe practices across software delivery teams. The Senior Scrum Master also manages Jira boards, reporting, and provides guidance on Agile best practices.

• Support teams in removing blockers and impediments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Promote SAFe and Agile principles, coaching teams, product owners, and stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, dependencies, and progress.
• Provide reporting on sprint progress, team performance, and key metrics to leadership.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize Agile delivery.
