Job summary

Demant Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Connectivity Verification teams within a SAFe environment. You will guide multiple software development and test automation teams, helping them work efficiently and deliver high-quality incremental value.

The role offers a hybrid work model with an office in Mierzyn, flexible hours, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Product Owners and RTEs to align priorities and foster agile culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in SAFe.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with test frameworks or test automation is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams in SAFe.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine backlogs aligned with program priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement and support high-performing teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles to deliver incremental value.
• Track key team metrics and support PI objectives.
• Assist with PI Planning and alignment across the ART.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies with other Scrum Masters and RTEs.
• Educate stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
• Encourage experimentation and MVP development.
• Foster a strong leadership culture within Connectivity area.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Scrum Master to support our Connectivity Verification teams.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices.
• Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs.
• Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area.

Requirements

• have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, (advantage, experience in a SAFe environment);
• have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles;
• have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments;
• have experience working with test frameworks or test automation;
• are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have

• have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools;
• are familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines.
