Qualifications

• Ph.D. (or Masters with 3+ years) in bioinformatics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain end-to-end pipelines for proteomics data.
• Develop portable workflows with Nextflow or Snakemake.
• Containerise environments with Docker and deploy on HPC/cloud.
• Ensure QC, validation and provenance for reproducible outputs.
• Apply software engineering practices including CI/CD and testing.
• Design interfaces and metadata for reusable workflows.
• Help enable AI-enabled workflows in the future.
• Develop scalable data models and storage for proteomics data.
• Incorporate FAIR data principles and data governance.
