Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support or systems engineering, with 2+ years on SASE or cloud security.
• Mastery of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPNs, SSL/TLS, and web proxy concepts.
• Strong understanding of NGFW, ZTNA, SWG, and CASB security concepts.
• Proficient with network and API troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, MTR, Curl).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of critical, complex issues involving Prisma Access and cloud service configurations.
• Debug routing and connectivity in hybrid environments, including SD-WAN and BGP peering.
• Perform deep-dive packet and log analysis for RCA on high-priority incidents.
• Act as technical point of contact for premium enterprise accounts and advise on SASE deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence product improvements.
• Manage security policies within Prisma (SSL Decryption, DLP, WildFire, ATP).
• Create technical docs and knowledge base articles; lead internal training sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of problem-solving.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective measures as SME for core Palo Alto products.
