Job summary

DXC Technology Poland is seeking a Senior/Lead Consultant specialized in SAP S/4HANA CATS to lead implementation and optimization of enterprise-wide time recording solutions. You will design, configure, and deploy CATS across HR, payroll, and cost allocation, collaborating with HR, Finance, Project Management, and Operations to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

You will drive end-to-end CATS design through configuration, testing, and go-live support, including integrations with PS, PM, CO, and MM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6–10 years SAP HCM / S/4HANA experience with at least 4 years specialising in CATS.
• Minimum 3 full-lifecycle implementations as lead consultant for CATS.
• Experience integrating CATS with PS, PM, CO, HR Time Management, MM.
• Experience activating and deploying S/4HANA CATS Fiori apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA CATS (Classic and for Service Providers).
• Design data entry profiles for internal staff, subcontractors, external workers.
• Set up time recording categories: regular, project time, overtime, travel, absence.
• Implement CATS approval workflows with multi-level approvals.
• Integrate CATS with PS, PM, CO, HR Time Management, MM.
• Lead go-live activities and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Design CATS authorization concepts and access roles.
