Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP solutions across industries. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related platforms while collaborating with top-tier clients to solve complex business challenges.

You will grow your expertise in cloud technologies, application development, and architectural best practices within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Hybrid work and Poland-based opportunities enable flexible, long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end SAP architecture initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SaaS Extensibility.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services and integration patterns.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD in multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to align tech with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze functional and non-functional requirements including constraints.
• Lead design, development and deployment of SAP BTP, S/4HANA and SaaS capabilities.
• Provide guidance on SAP methodologies and architecture best practices.
• Estimate work Efforts for SAP development, DevOps, and architecture components.
