Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced SAP HANA Developer to design and maintain native models and ETL pipelines supporting complex manufacturing analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable robust data architectures and real-time insights, leveraging SAP HANA capabilities and SAP Analytics Cloud.

The role emphasizes data optimization, scalable systems, and collaboration with engineers and analysts in a hybrid work setting across Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent roles in the SAP space.
• Hands-on experience with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows in SAP environments (HANA).
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA, InfoObjects, DSOs, and data transformations a plus.
• Strong data architecture and performance optimization skills.
• Proficiency with SAP Web IDE and BW/4HANA tools.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and Agile (SAFe) practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data flows and analytics architectures.
• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows and real-time analytics via SAC or similar tools.
• Optimize data processing performance for large datasets and complex workflows.
• Engage with solution architects to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP HANA solutions.
• Participate actively in SAFe Agile processes and maintain technical best practices.
