Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking a Senior SAP Technology Consultant (SAP BTP) to act as a technical advisor and solution architect, supporting clients in IT landscape transformation and SAP AI innovations. You will combine hands-on development with consulting to deliver end-to-end solutions in modern S/4HANA environments.

The role requires strong SAP BTP experience, UI5/Fiori, Node.js, OData, and agile delivery. You will lead workshops, drive delivery lifecycle, and identify opportunities for upsell

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Hands-on development on SAP BTP.
• Strong experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to modern SAP stack: CDS, CAP/RAP, APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery (JIRA, Cloud ALM).
• German language at C2 is required; English at C1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on SAP BTP.
• Design and implement SAP BTP solutions using CAP/RAP, UI5/Fiori, Node.js, and OData.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to training.
• Lead integration and module testing activities.
• Deliver client-facing workshops and management-level presentations.
• Act as trusted advisor to create proposals and influence decisions; identify upsell opportunities.
