Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Manager / Dev Team Lead to own and guide SAP BTP, CAP Java, and Fiori development. You will lead a capable team through the full product lifecycle, collaborating with architects, PMs, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.

Bring 7+ years of web development and team leadership, API-first delivery, and SAP Fiori experience. This role offers hybrid work in Poland and opportunities for international collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

7+ years of web-based application development and team leadership.
API-first design with REST, GraphQL, Swagger/OpenAPI.
SAP Fiori development with SAPUI5, OData, CAP CDS.
Proficient in Java Spring Boot and web services.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a development team delivering SAP-based solutions.
Own end-to-end development lifecycle from design to deployment and improvement.
Collaborate with architects, PMs, QA, UX, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Translate roadmaps into actionable technical components and development plans.
Promote engineering best practices, code quality standards and scalable microservices.
