Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a SAP Security Manager/Senior Manager to lead engagements on SAP Security, SoD, and IAM/IDM across client projects. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and auditing SAP security controls, with responsibility for client communication and team mentorship.

You will translate complex findings into executive-level reports and drive risk management, governance, and business growth within a hybrid working model in Poland.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and QA).
• Deep understanding of SAP ecosystem: S/4HANA, IAM/IAG and GRC suite.
• Audit & Risk knowledge in SAP IT audits from design to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for IT processes.
• Proven leadership and track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Professional fluency in Polish for local collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagements: Plan, manage, and execute SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
• Evaluate Controls: Assess SAP Security concepts, SoD, and IAM/IDM and Change Management.
• Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Review IT policies against standards and frameworks.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Translate findings into reports and recommendations for C-suite.
• Lead & Develop People: Supervise and mentor consultants.
• Ensure Effective Project Governance: Manage finances, resources, and portfolios.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals and client pitches.
