Job summary

PwC Polska invites a Senior SAP Security Consultant to join Technology Risk. You will participate in advisory and audit projects for SAP clients in Poland, Central Europe and beyond, designing security frameworks and authorization models across S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP Fiori.

In this role you will craft SAP security policies and controls, advise on IT-business relationships, and help ensure regulatory compliance focusing on SAP technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in identifying SoD conflicts, analyzing risks, and defining or evaluating mitigating controls within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) related to SAP systems, including access controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles and ability to communicate risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (written and verbal) for local and international projects.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Technology Risk at PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts. We provide consulting on processes, systems and organization of the IT ar - we implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world.

We are looking for:

Senior SAP Security Consultant

Your future role:

• Participation in advisory and audit projects for our SAP clients in Poland, Central Europe and/or globally.
• Designing and building security frameworks and authorization models in S/4HANA, SAP ECC and other SAP technologies (incl. SAP Fiori).
• Designing SAP Security policies, standards and controls to manage technology risks in SAP environment.
• Advising on setting up relationships between IT and business functions.
• Providing advice related to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with a special focus on SAP technology.

Apply, if you have:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, analyzing risks, and defining or evaluating mitigating controls within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) related to SAP systems, including access controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in client‑facing consulting roles, with the ability to communicate risks and technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (both written and verbal) to support collaboration in both local and international projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP GRC or other access management tools supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes.
• Familiarity with audit processes, working alongside internal or external auditors, and understanding of regulatory standards such as SOX.
