Job summary

PwC Polska Technology Risk is seeking an experienced SAP Security Manager/Senior Manager to lead design and implementation of SAP Security, IAM, and GRC solutions. You will orchestrate engagements, drive risk-based controls, and deliver strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders in a multi-sector global client base.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex IT risks into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of SAP Security engagements experience.
• Deep understanding of SAP ecosystem: S/4HANA, IAM/IAG, GRC.
• Strong audit and risk knowledge in SAP IT audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements: plan, manage, and execute SAP Security and Authorization design projects.

Technology Risk at PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts. We provide consulting on processes, systems and organization of the IT ar - we implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world.

We are looking for:

SAP Security Manager / Senior Manager

Your future role:

• Lead Engagements: Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
• Evaluate Controls: Assess the design and effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts (including Segregation of Duties - SoD), and SAP IT Controls (IAM/IDM, Change Management).
• Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Review client IT policies and procedures against industry standards and leading compliance frameworks.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Translate complex technical findings into publication-quality reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Lead & Develop People: Act as a team lead, supervise and mentor consultants to help them grow their careers and deliver exceptional client work.
• Ensure Effective Project Governance: Manage project finances, resource allocation, and overall client portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client pitches.

Apply if you have:

• 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and quality assurance).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG and SAP GRC suite.
• Audit & Risk Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP IT Audits, from designing solutions to implementing changes.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IT processes and recommend optimization strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with a proven ability to write executive-level reports and present to C-level stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in Polish to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and support projects in the Polish market.

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications such as SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001,
• Previous experience gained in professional services, advisory or IT consulting environments.
