Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA RTR Consultant to design, configure, and implement RTR on the public cloud, aligning processes with finance transformation objectives. You will lead end-to-end RTR deployments across GL, AR, AP, AA, and CO sub-modules, collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders, and mentor teams through go-live.

Ideal candidates hold 8+ years of hands-on SAP RTR experience, FI/CO expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or finance; multinational project experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP S/4 HANA RTR consulting experience, with cloud deployments.
• Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA) and CO (COPA, COPC, PCA) modules.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RTR processes and finance transformation best practices.
• Experience in system integrator environments managing SAP delivery projects.
• Familiarity with configuration, customization, and FI/CO integration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Finance or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP S/4 HANA RTR module implementations on the public cloud.
• Analyze and gather business requirements across Finance and Controlling domains.
• Configure and provide ongoing support for GL, AR, AP, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center and FSCM.
• Develop, document, and optimize RTR business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on FI/CO integration across modules.
• Participate in user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and solution delivery.
