Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead migrations ECC to S/4HANA and architect R2R processes for client finance environments. You will design templates for future rollouts, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide development teams through Go-Live.

The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, ERP Finance, and hands-on experience with SAP Best Practice templates. Occasional travel and a hybrid work arrangement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Record to Report processes.
• Build client specific process templates (base) using and BPML, SAP Best practice template (APS)
• Go Live using S/4HANA Best Practice solutions
• All interactions with client/business team and focus on following activities:
• Conduct workshops related to process, data etc for wave1
• Finalize 2 templates
• Help business users in UAT
• Support Go Live
• Co-ordinate between India team and client/business team for any clarifications
• Readiness to business travel
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable financial solutions that meet business needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for R2R processes, including general ledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement in financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including process flows, data models, and integration requirements.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.
• Responsible for building a template for Future Rollouts.
• Conduct testing and validation of R2R solutions to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to finance and accounting.
