Job Description & Summary

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. The better we work, the less you notice us. Plus, we simply love what we do. We are looking for:

Senior SAP PO Developer with German
Your future role:
  • Design and develop advanced solutions with SAP Process Orchestration to optimise integration and automate workflows across complex environments.
  • Manage and resolve service tickets as part of an application managed service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes.
  • Work across at least three SAP modules, applying your deep understanding to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.
  • Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that add value to our clients.
Apply if you have:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP Process Orchestration.
  • Written and spoken German - min B2.
  • Written and spoken English – min B2.
  • Proven experience in processing tickets within an application managed service and implementing change requests.
  • Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules.
  • Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile methods.
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Nice to have
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.
