Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a Senior SAP PM Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions in S/4HANA or ECC environments. You will work with clients to optimize equipment maintenance, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. You may lead or support complex PM projects independently.

The role emphasizes configuring SAP PM, integrating with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM, and supporting mobile maintenance and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Plant Maintenance.
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM (ECC or S/4HANA).
Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and breakdown management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP PM modules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Design and enhance master data structures (functional locations, equipment, BOMs).
Develop maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications/work orders.
Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM functionalities.
Support mobile plant maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 integration.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities for go-live.
Recommend process improvements for asset lifecycle management.
