Job summary

realcore® Industry & Materials Poland is seeking an SAP PM/PS Consultant to support and improve SAP plant-maintenance and project-management processes within the AMS organization. You will manage incidents and service requests, deliver minor changes, and help customers run reliable maintenance and project processes in SAP.

You will work across SAP PM/PS, coordinate with ABAP and other technical teams, and contribute to testing, releases, and post-change validation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP consulting or AMS experience in SAP PM and PS.
• Strong expertise in PM with practical experience in PS or vice versa.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; RISe with SAP or Private Cloud Edition is an advantage.
• Proven experience handling incidents, service requests, problems, and minor changes in IT service-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Level 2/3 support for SAP PM and PS incidents and service requests.
• Analyse business issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
• Manage the complete ticket lifecycle, including investigation, documentation, communication, and closure.
• Configure and deliver minor changes and enhancements in SAP PM and PS.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, Basis, finance, procurement, and other technical teams.
• Support testing, transport management, release activities, and post-change validation.
• Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and known-error records.
• Participate in service reviews, problem-management activities, continuous improvement, and escalation support as required.

Requirements

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA; experience with RISE with SAP or Private Cloud Edition is an advantage.
• Proven experience handling incidents, service requests, problems, and minor changes in an IT service-management environment.
• Practical SAP configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP or technical development teams.
• Experience with testing, releases, transports, change control, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, asset-intensive, engineering, or project-based business processes is an advantage.
• Experience with maintenance planning, spare-parts processes, project procurement, or project settlement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Professional English; German is an advantage
