Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Integration Lead in Poland to oversee enterprise-wide SAP integration efforts. You will design, implement, and govern integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems, driving secure, scalable data flows and aligned business outcomes.

You will guide a team through complex projects, mentor engineers, and establish governance, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP integration incl. PI/PO, CPI or middleware.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA, ECC and cloud integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.).
• Hands-on with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP/REST APIs, EDI, file-based integrations.
• Proven leadership of integration teams and large enterprise projects.
• Familiar with Agile/Waterfall project methods, cloud integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP integration projects aligning with EA and business processes.
• Design, develop, and oversee integration solutions using SAP middleware and APIs.
• Translate requirements into technical integration designs with stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end integration across SAP modules and third-party apps.
• Oversee testing, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Mentor SAP integration teammates and establish best practices and governance.
• Manage integration docs, interface specs, and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, security and cloud teams for secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive upgrades, migrations and landscape transformations from integration perspective.
• Evaluate new SAP integration technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Act as primary contact for integration escalations and vendor coordination.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring for ongoing integration performance.
