Job summary

The Stefanini Group in Poland seeks a SAP Security Consultant to strengthen SAP security and access governance across a broad SAP landscape. You will support audit readiness, improve security processes, and ensure well-documented access management across environments.

Key responsibilities include standardizing SAP security procedures, building and maintaining SAP roles, configuring Fiori access, managing SAP HANA/BTP permissions, and supporting SAP GRC and identity lifecycle management to mature

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing SAP ABAP roles.
• Experience configuring SAP Fiori catalogs, groups, and access.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database roles and SAP BTP accounts/role collections.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC for risk and emergency access management.
• Familiarity with identity/authentication solutions such as SAP IAS, Okta, Saviynt, SAP IDM, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

We are looking for a SAP Security Consultant to support international e-commerce Client. In this role, you'll help strengthen SAP security and access governance across a broad SAP landscape. You'll support audit readiness, improve security processes, and work with colleagues to make access management more consistent, efficient, and well documented.

Key responsibilities:

• Standardize SAP security procedures and maintain clear, current documentation in a centralized knowledge-management system.
• Support audit readiness through proactive access reviews, risk identification, and remediation follow-up.
• Build, maintain, and improve SAP roles and access models across relevant SAP environments.
• Configure and manage access to SAP Fiori applications, including catalogs and groups.
• Manage database roles and privileges in SAP HANA and accounts/role collections in SAP BTP.
• Support SAP GRC processes, including risk management and emergency access.
• Contribute to identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security automation/optimization.
• Help mature the team's processes, documentation, and service-oriented ways of working

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and managing SAP ABAP roles.
• Experience configuring SAP Fiori catalogs, groups, and access.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database roles and privileges and SAP BTP accounts and role collections.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC for risk and emergency access management.
• Familiarity with identity or authentication solutions such as SAP IAS, Okta, Saviynt, SAP IDM, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
