Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced SAP CO Manager to lead complex IT transformation programs and deliver cutting-edge SAP solutions for global organizations, with a focus on Controlling (CO) modules.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a hands-on approach to SAP CO, S/4HANA, FI (and logistics integrations). The position is based in Wrocław or Katowice with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience across SAP CO areas and end-to-end finance/controlling processes.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to design integrated CO solutions including FI and logistics integrations (SD, MM, PP).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP CO implementation programs and greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Advise senior stakeholders and shape solution strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, risk, budgets, and timelines to ensure quality delivery.
