Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland, offers a hybrid role for a SAP Cloud Integration specialist with SuccessFactors API exposure and CPI extensions. You will coordinate IT infrastructure, monitor processes, and collaborate with AMS and SAP Support across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP CPI/SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors HR APIs and extensions
• Hands-on with CPI monitoring, error handling, and data flow optimization
• Ability to coordinate with IT infrastructure teams and vendors

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISS IT infrastructure team or 3rd party vendors for integrations
• Monitor and optimize CPI data flows and platform releases
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to maintain performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address problems and identify root causes
• Provide KPIs and monitoring statistics to managers and owners
• Perform regression testing on solved incidents
