ISS A/S is seeking a SAP Cloud Integration specialist to join our hybrid team in Porto or Warsaw. You will drive CPI-based integrations, work with the AMS Team, and ensure seamless HR IT data flows across ERP and SuccessFactors environments.

The role requires SAP CPI/PI proficiency, SAP HR systems expertise, and strong collaboration with an international, multi-vendor setup. A permanent contract and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP CPI/PI experience within HR IT landscape.
• SAP HR systems and integration technologies knowledge.
• SAP certifications in Cloud Platform Integration and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong ability to work with international teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT infrastructure integrations and 3rd party vendors to ensure operability.
• Monitor and optimize data flows across CPI and related platforms.
• Triage, debug and resolve integration issues with root-cause analysis.
• Document processes and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide KPI-driven insights.
