Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced SAP Development Consultant to design and deliver SAP BTP-based solutions, leveraging SAP AI Foundation and Business AI. You will lead a small, multi-location team on R&D projects and collaborate with the Architect Lead to promote best practices and innovation.

You will actively engage customer stakeholders, build demos, and contribute to co-innovation across projects, with focus on delivering enterprise-grade SAP AI agents and migrations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Jira tooling.
• At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations.
• Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents.
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI.
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline (functional/technical/PM).
• Excellent written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage one of the R&D projects with a small team (<10 developers) from multiple locations.
• Work with the Architect Lead to ensure best practice adoption and drive innovations.
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders, prepare demos and supporting content.
• Be prepared to work on short customer projects to support co-innovation.
