Job summary

Atos Poland is seeking a Senior SAP Development Consultant to lead the global R&D team within the GBL, driving SAP development and innovation with hands-on participation when needed.

You will govern the innovation funnel, ensure budget discipline, and allocate resources while collaborating with senior leaders and key customers to embed new SAP features.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
• At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
• Led development of offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Published a white paper or blog in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4 multi-million € R&D projects and staff.
• Work with the CTO on Innovation strategy.
• Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
• Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
• Engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features.

Job Description

Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation "funnel" ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
• Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
• At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
• Had responsibility for the development of offerings, go to market strategy etc.
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
• Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders
