MTU is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to strengthen the SAP Operations team. You will ensure stable, secure and efficient operation of SAP systems, including private cloud environments, with a focus on monitoring, backups, transports and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP Technical Operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and SAP Basis fundamentals.
• Experience with SAP HANA database operations from a Basis perspective.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP system administration tasks and coordinate SAP operations.
• Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot SAP systems.
• Manage start/stop, backups, restores, and basic disaster recovery.
• Support SAP transports, system copies, refreshes, and upgrades.
• Coordinate technical changes and maintenance windows.
• Support SAP security from a Basis perspective (user administration, authorizations, certificates).
• Maintain SAP Basis documentation and run audits/compliance.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to strengthen our SAP Operations team. The role is responsible for the technical operation, stability, and availability of SAP system landscapes. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable SAP services, supporting system changes, and cooperating with application teams, infrastructure teams, and external service providers in a global environment.
