Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a SAP Ariba specialist to deliver advanced support and optimization of Ariba solutions within a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on streamlining procurement processes, coordinating with SAP experts and third-party partners, and driving continuous improvements in data quality and process performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP Ariba experience, strong ERP and integration knowledge, and excellent communication for stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba configurations and application support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration technologies.
• Experience with testing, releases, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced functional and application support for SAP Ariba solutions.
• Analyze recurring issues, identify underlying causes, and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Ariba functionality in line with business requirements.
• Coordinate incident and problem investigations while ensuring appropriate documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Act as an escalation point for high-priority or complex business application issues.
• Work closely with internal technical teams, SAP experts, and third-party partners to resolve system challenges.
• Monitor and improve integrations, data quality, and end-to-end process performance.
• Participate in application releases, enhancements, upgrades, and post-deployment validation activities.
• Create and maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and contribute to service improvement plans.
• Support troubleshooting of interfaces, data synchronization issues, and system integration failures.
• Assess change impacts and support testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing.
