Optiveum is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join an international client team. You will design and deliver modern, clean-core compliant SAP S/4HANA solutions, including API-driven integrations, Fiori apps and cloud extensions with RAP and ABAP Cloud (Steampunk).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional SAP development experience.
• 3–4 years hands-on ABAP on S/4HANA: CDS, AMDP, table functions, RAP framework.
• Excellent ABAP knowledge for S/4HANA including ABAP Cloud (Steampunk) and Clean Core.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• Experience creating CDS views, OData and REST services, and API-driven integrations.
• S/4HANA integration via REST APIs and SProxy.
• Experience with Adobe Forms.
• Familiarity with SolMan ChaRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ABAP solutions on S/4HANA with Clean Core and Steampunk concepts.
• Deliver SAP SD related solutions including e-invoicing and master data.
• Build applications using RAP, CDS views, AMDP and table functions.

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join the team of our international client. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will design and deliver modern, clean-core-compliant solutions on SAP S/4HANA – building API-driven integrations, Fiori applications and cloud-ready extensions with the latest SAP technologies, including RAP and ABAP Cloud (Steampunk). It is a great fit for an experienced SAP expert who enjoys combining hands‑on development with a strong understanding of the business, working closely with stakeholders in an English-speaking environment.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 200 PLN/h net + VAT
• Work Model: B2B contract, full-time, hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ABAP solutions on S/4HANA, following Clean Core principles and ABAP Cloud (Steampunk) concepts
• Deliver solutions in the SAP SD area, including e-invoicing and master data
• Build applications using the RAP framework (RESTful Application Programming), CDS views, AMDP and table functions
• Design and implement OData and REST services, as well as API-driven integrations (including SProxy)
• Develop and deliver Fiori applications
• Create and maintain Adobe Forms
• Handle defects and changes according to the SolMan ChaRM process – researching and installing SAP Notes and registering OSS cases with SAP
• Install and/or activate S/4HANA Country Versions and install namespaces for interfacing with legal systems
• Work with business and functional stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP development
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with ABAP on S/4HANA: CDS, AMDP, table functions and the RAP framework
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP development in S/4HANA, including ABAP Cloud (Steampunk) and SAP Clean Core concepts
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Fiori
• Experience creating CDS views, OData and REST services, and API-driven integrations
• S/4HANA integration skills using REST APIs and SProxy
• Experience with Adobe Forms
• Knowledge of the SolMan ChaRM process
• Experience working with SAP Notes in defect handling: searching for notes, registering OSS cases with SAP and installing notes
• Knowledge of installing and/or activating S/4HANA Country Versions and installing namespaces for interfacing with legal systems
• English at C1 level, written and spoken – you will use it daily
• Strong communication, functional and business skills, with a customer‑oriented, systematic and proactive approach
