Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our international, remote team. You will deliver Service Cloud solutions, build integrations with enterprise systems, and help automate business processes using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong knowledge of Service Cloud, and are fluent in English. This role offers global collaboration with stakeholders and ongoing architectural improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities: Case Management, Service Console, and automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a global, remote environment.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and SLA management.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and cross-cloud Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with SAP, Informatica, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Familiarity with Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Salesforce security architecture, OAuth, and Connected Apps.
• Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI-powered customer service solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Design and optimize customer service processes, including case management, routing, escalation, and resolution.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support system performance, data integrity, security, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
